those puppies back down to size. How so?
Hit the floor, soldier!
Good. Now roll over onto your tummy. Be careful, because if
your tummy's as big as your backside you may have to practice balancing yourself
for a moment or two.
Next, get up on
your hands and knees like a giant dog. You'll want to thrust your leg
out and up. Repeat up to ten times per leg. At ease. Good soldier! Yep,
you're really starting to shape up!

- Additional
Exercises With Toning Power
- 10 sit-ups - no sissy style stuff
either!
- 20 windmills (stand with arms out
- touch opposite toe)
- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 left & right leg lifts (lying
on floor sideways)
- Grab your 2 or 3 pound weights and
lay on your back on your bed. Very carefully hold a weight
in each hand and let your arm hang off the bed. Slowly
bring weight straight up to tighten batwings.
- Squats - give me 25! These
babies are thigh busters.
Start out slowly and build up to
avoid exhaustion. Exercise at least
every other day and try to hike at least
a mile per day. Okay. We're done. For now. Go hit the
showers.
