All Diet Soldiers need protein for strong muscles and energy.  

Protein also helps rid our bloated bodies of water so that we don't feel like hippos lounging in the creek bed.

Get your protein from roasted lean meats, eggs, lentils and peanut butter - all of which are considered evil foods by many Diet Gurus who have never seen a fat day in their life.  Eggs, meat, peanut butter and so forth will keep your tank running on full throttle.
