Most come complete alright - complete with cheese sauce, cream
sauce and rich fattening gravies. Prepare for weight loss

foods, and in daily activity. Is it easy? Heck no! Only
the strong survive.
Finally,
most Diet Soldiers have a spiritual outlet or a hobby, or some form
of relaxing focus that works to relieve stress and that can greatly
contribute to the smooth success of their diet and weight loss plan.
In simple, the Diet
Soldier sets out PREPARED.
